I was looking at some rental properties for purchase in CF, and noticed that the DU house is for sale. It also appears that the TKE chapter went away. Are those statements accurate? Any other news on other houses leaving?

In general, is it becomming more difficult to attract / retain members for fraternities @ UNI?
