April '08 Pike of the Month: Robert Clough

Brother Clough was recognized as Pike of the Week for his planning and execution of our spring formal. This year our chapter went to Kalahari Resorts of Wisconsin Dells, WI. The trip was paid in full by the fraternity and everyone had an amazing time. Thanks to Brother Clough for all of your hard work and for a great spring formal!!

April '08 Pike of the Week: Sean Hartnett

Brother Hartnett was recognized as Pike of the Week for his acceptance to the UNI graduate program for Biology. He will be assisting professors here at UNI study the effects and possible preventitive measures of cancer. Congratulations to Brother Hartnett for your past and future achievements!!

April '08 Pike of the Week: Brandon Swett

Brother Swett was recognized at our most recent meeting for his upstanding example of how a gentlemen should act. Brandon was commended for his generous actions towards a young woman who attends UNI. Congratulations to Brother Swett, our Pike of the Week!

April '08 Pike of the Week: Andrew Knaack

Brother Knaack was recognized at our most recent meeting for his ongoing effort to initiate fraternal relations wherever he goes. The nomination was due to Knaack recently engaging in this ideology with another student at UNI while over at Brother Tyler Lind's home. Thank you Brother Knaack for upholding the image and reputation of the Pikes at UNI! Congratulations to Brother Knaack, our Pike of the Week!

March '08 Pikes of the Month: Rock for a Cure Committee

The Rock-4-a-Cure committee led by Tyler Swett and Brady Reinert were recognized this week for the great success of the second annual Rock4aCure concert held close to Campus. This year the Pikes raised more than $1,619! Congratulations to the concert committee, our Pikes of the Week!

March '08 Pike of the Week: Andrew Bachman

President Bachman was recognized this week for the success of Founder's Day which is held annually on March 1st to commemorate our fraternity's beginnings. President Bachman planned the event as well as cooked for the chapter and alumni. Congratulations to the President Bachman, our Pike of the Week!

February '08 Pike of the Week: Josh Sparrgrove

Brother Sparrgrove was recognized this month for his outstanding committment to the wellbeing and safety of his fellow brothers by offering rides, advice and constructive criticism. February '08 Pike of the Week: Kyle Nelson

This week Brother Nelson was recognized for helping to clean up the house after a recent social event. Nelson was the first there and had the house cleaned before the rest of the chapter came. Congratulations to Brother Nelson, our Pike of the Week!

Brother Rhodes was recognized for his effort and succession of his physical test for the United States Marines.

Brother Schoenfeld was recognized this week for the generosity displayed in his actions of voluntarily shoveling all four of UNI's sororities' driveways and sidewalks.

December '07 Pike of the Week: Past Executive Board

In order for a chapter as successful as the Theta Zeta chapter to operate, leaders among leaders need to step forward and set examples for the rest to follow. That is exactly what the previous executive board did. Thanks to our past exec board, Pi Kappa Alpha excelled in and out of the classroom and set the bar for other students and student organizations to follow.

This semester Tyler and Phil served as pledge educators for our newest prospective members. Tyler and Phil set the bar high for our pledges by communicating good leadership skills, community service, and teamwork. Because of Phil and Tyler's efforts, our newest initiates will go on to represent Pi Kappa Alpha with the highest of esteem.

November '07 Pike of the Month: The New IFC Exec

This semester Brothers Sparrgrove, Champ and Lighter were elected to the top three positions of the Interfraternity Council, a governing body of all of the greek fraternities on campus. Brothers Sparrgrove, Champ and Lighter will serve as President, Vice President and Tresurer/Secretary respectively. Congratulations once again to the newest members of the IFC Executive Council!

November '07 Second Week: Ben Hoksch

Ben currently serves as the fundraising chairman for Theta Zeta. During the last weekend, Ben spearheaded a leaf raking fundraiser around the Cedar Falls / Waterloo area. Because of Ben's efforts, over $600 were raised in two days. Congratulations to Ben, our Pike of the Week!
